Inspiring Inclusive Stories: Carol Cox and Diane Diaz on the Empowering Women in Industry Podcast

Empower-Women-in-Industry-Podcast

In celebration of International Women’s Day, Carol Cox and Diane Diaz are on the Empowering Women in Industry podcast, hosted by Shannon Bumgarner.

This year’s theme is #inspireinclusion. One of the most powerful ways to spark inclusion is through storytelling . When we share our stories and feel the stories of others, we:

🌟 Create connection – our brains literally put ourselves in the shoes of that other person.
🌟Appreciate each other’s full humanity – allowing us to see more of what we have in common than where we differ (whew… don’t we need more of that!)
🌟Spark curiosity and innovation – Our ideas and experience dancing with each other and making beautiful patterns.

This was such a fun conversation on how to use your voice and the power of storytelling. This is must listen! Such a powerful episode that all of us need to hear to use our voices!
