Becoming Better at Navigating Life Transitions: Carol Cox on the Reframe to Create Podcast

RTC054CarolCoxJPEG

It’s rather ironic that I consider myself as someone who doesn’t like change – I’m very routine-oriented.

And yet I’ve been through lots of changes and pivots in my career and businesses and I’ve embraced each one.

What makes me good at navigating transitions?

Joy Spencer was on a mission to find out!

Joy and I have worked together since January 2020, first with Joy as a client of mine and then me bringing on Joy as one of our speaking and storytelling coaches for our various events and programs.

In the latest episode of her Reframe to Create podcast, Joy and I talk about how I’ve navigated change, whether self-imposed or from external forces.

What I discovered surprised me. 💡

There is a thread that runs through all of my businesses and interests.

I had thought the thread was about empowering women (which, for sure, is there).

But, there’s an even more fundamental thread than that. 🧵
