Carol Cox is a communication strategist and the founder of Speaking Your Brand®, where she helps leaders harness the power of their voice - whether on stage, on podcasts, or using AI - to amplify and scale their message and impact with intention and authenticity.

She is the creator of the V.O.I.C.E.™ Prompt Framework and the Brand Voice Canvas™, two groundbreaking tools that help individuals and teams train AI to sound like them, not like everyone else. Her approach empowers leaders to use AI not as a replacement, but as a strategic partner for communication, visibility, and thought leadership.

With a background in software development and two decades as an on-air political analyst, Carol brings a rare blend of technical fluency, media savvy, and storytelling expertise to everything she does.

Carol has spoken at national conferences including MAICON (Marketing AI Institute) and Teaching & Learning with AI, and is featured as on-camera talent for Full Sail University’s DC3 courses on generative AI and marketing. She has taught in Full Sail’s Digital Marketing degree program for over 15 years and co-facilitated the university’s Women’s Leadership Initiative.

She is also the host of the long-running Speaking Your Brand® podcast, with over 400 episodes on storytelling, public speaking, and brand building, all rooted in her mission to amplify women’s voices in leadership, business, and the media.

Earlier in her career, she founded and led two technology companies and built enterprise software systems for both Fortune 500s and startups.
