A sought-after speaker herself, Carol is known for her work at the intersection of women’s leadership, storytelling, and AI. She helps entrepreneurs and executives transform their stories into unforgettable talks that build influence and spark change.
Carol has worked with speakers for TEDxOrlando since 2017.
During election seasons, Carol appears regularly as a political analyst on TV news. She has been featured in Forbes and was named one of Orlando’s Women of the Year. She's currently a Trustee for Florida Executive Women.
With a Master’s degree in History from Emory University and two decades of experience in tech and business, Carol brings both deep expertise and a passion for amplifying women’s voices. She lives in Orlando, Florida.
Diane Diaz is the lead speaking coach at Speaking Your Brand®, where she guides clients to find their voice, build their confidence, and deliver talks that make a lasting impact.
With over two decades of experience in marketing, branding, and teaching, Diane brings a unique blend of strategy and storytelling to her coaching. She speaks regularly on personal branding, LinkedIn strategy, and women’s empowerment, helping professionals stand out in their industries and step into leadership roles.
Diane is currently serving as Vice President of the Women's Executive Council and mentors young women on their careers.
Beyond her business expertise, Diane is also an Ironman triathlete, embodying the discipline, resilience, and determination she inspires in her clients.
Diane holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from UCF and lives in Orlando, Florida.
