It comes from getting on stage, practicing your material, receiving feedback, making adjustments, and doing it again.
We’ll work with you on your storytelling, voice, movement, audience interaction, and overall delivery.
We'll teach you techniques to ditch your notes so you never have to rely on them again (really!).
We'll have fun activities to get you more comfortable using the stage and commanding the room.

You’ve shaped it. You’ve practiced it. Now it’s time to capture it.
You’ll perform key parts of your talk for a warm, supportive audience (us!) while our professional video production team films you.
You’ll receive professional video footage, photography, and an edited reel to use on your website, social media, and in your outreach to event organizers.
These video assets will showcase the work you do in your business, so they're an excellent marketing and sales tool.

Questions & Answers
The retreat is all day on 3 days: February 23, February 24, and February 25, 2027.
On Tuesday, February 23, we'll be starting at 9 am and will finish the training at 5 pm. We'll then have dinner out as a group from about 6:30-8 pm.
On Wednesday, February 24, we'll be starting at 8:30 am and will finish the practice at 5 pm. We'll then have dinner out as a group from about 6:30-8 pm.
On Thursday, February 25, we'll be starting at 8 am and will finish the videography by 5 pm. We'll then have dinner out as a group from about 6:45-8:30 pm.
Plan to arrive in Orlando on Monday, February 22 and depart on or after Friday, February 26.
Each woman will have an opportunity to deliver 10 minutes of their talk (these can be different segments), which will be recorded by a professional videography team, so you'll have edited footage for your speaker reel (including b-roll of us as an audience).
We're going to set up the space to look like an event.
The videography will take place on the third day.
Don't worry, we're going to help you with that!
We're going to send you materials in advance to help you prepare, including what we recommend you include in the 10 minutes that will be filmed, such as audience engagement, a compelling story, humor, etc.
You'll also have the opportunity on Days 1 and 2 to work on your segments and get feedback.
The retreat will be at the Citrus Club in Downtown Orlando, Florida.
Our evening dinners as a group will be at restaurants in the Downtown Orlando and Winter Park areas.

Please indicate your dietary needs/preferences on the sign-up form and we will make sure you are taken care of.
You will be responsible for transportation during your stay in Orlando, including getting to the venue each morning and dinner in Downtown Orlando/Winter Park each evening.
You can use a ride service like Lyft or Uber or a taxi service (or rent a car if you want more flexibility).
There are hotels within walking distance of the venue.
We will let you know who else is staying at your hotel so you can share a ride together, if desired.
Yes! We've hosted 4 different multi-day retreats with groups of 10-16 women each and they were incredible.
We've also hosted 5 one-day workshops over the past 2 years.
We are very detail oriented with the planning and communication. We'll make sure you have everything you need both before and during the retreat.
Our incredible team is the same women we've used since our first retreat in 2022.
Since we have hard costs related to putting on an in-person event, we aren't able to refund your payments.
